Online Renewal Application 2020

COVID-19 and 2020 Renewals:  Licensees who are unable to renew their license due to financial hardship related to the COVID-19 pandemic may contact the Board office via email at atrainer@nsbat.nv.gov to request a 90-day payment deferral.  The deferral will not change the renewal and/or expiration dates for 2021.

** NOTE:     If you did not renew last year, do not use the renewal form link below. Your license has expired and will need to be restored. Please contact the Board office for the correct form.

If you will NOT be renewing your license this year, please notify the Board by email. **

 2020 Online Renewal

The renewal application is hosted by LogiForms and can be completed entirely online with an option to pay with a credit card. To complete the application, you must have the following information:

  1. Your NSBAT AT license number and the date your license was originally issued.
  2.  Your BOC certification number and expiration date.

If you do not have your NSBAT AT license number and original issue date readily available, please check our Verify a License page (link above) before proceeding.

You may renew anytime from May 1 - June 30, 2020. Renewing early will not change your expiration date. All licenses expire annually on June 30.

Please keep in mind that per NRS 640B.410, failure to complete the application, submit the fees, or postmark the letter on or before June 30 will result in a $300.00 fee for the reinstatement of an expired license. There is no grace period, so plan accordingly.

For licensees that do not have access to the Internet to complete the renewal application online, please call or email the Board to request that a hard copy be mailed to you. If you have any questions, or need additional information, you may contact our office at (775) 787-2636 or at atrainer@nsbat.nv.gov.
